We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We have designed it with accessibility in mind from the start, and we continue to improve it.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We have not yet commissioned a formal external audit, and the self-assessment below reflects our own evaluation of the current build.
The following accessibility features are implemented in the current version of this website:
We are aware of the following accessibility limitations in the current build:
| Page / Feature | Issue | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| All pages | Skip-to-main-content link not yet implemented | To be added in the next update |
| Interactive experience page | Room sensor visualisation is not fully operable by keyboard | Keyboard-accessible alternative to be designed |
| System configurator | Card selection relies on mouse click — keyboard operability is partial | To be improved with explicit button roles |
| All images | No explicit width/height attributes — may cause layout shift on slow connections | To be added as we replace stock photography with owned images |
| Survey | Some radio/checkbox groups lack fieldset/legend grouping | To be added in the next survey update |
| Unsplash images | Images served from third-party CDN — we cannot guarantee their server-side accessibility attributes | Resolved when stock photography is replaced |
