The best technology decisions are usually made before they are visible on site. Early coordination helps protect the architecture, reduce late changes and give the client a cleaner final experience.
We can work with architects and interior designers from concept stage onwards — advising on control positions, keypad aesthetics, speaker locations, equipment room sizing and infrastructure requirements. Our documentation is compatible with standard architectural drawing packages.
We produce a full written specification for every installation, covering equipment schedules, network architecture, cabling requirements, mounting positions and programming logic. This documentation supports the wider project team and provides a record for the client after completion.
Our first-fix involvement covers cabling routes, back-box positions, conduit requirements and equipment room layout. We attend site at the appropriate stages and provide documentation for the electrician and other trades to work from. Early involvement is where the most value is created.
We work with clients and designers to select control hardware that fits the interior. Architectural keypads, flush-mounted panels and discreet sensors are available in finishes that complement rather than interrupt the design. Technology should disappear into the fabric of the space.
For residential developers, we can advise on infrastructure requirements at planning and specification stage — ensuring new homes are designed to support smart home integration from the ground up, without retrofitting cost later. We are available to discuss developer enquiries separately.
Our handover package includes full system documentation, user guides and a walkthrough with the occupier. For developer projects, we can produce documentation in a format suitable for inclusion in the property handover file. We remain available after handover for any follow-up questions.
Professional enquiries are welcome. We are happy to discuss a project at any stage, including early design and feasibility.
